No, Top Ratings Reviews is not a review platform in its own right, but a tool for driving and managing your reviews on existing rating & review platforms such as Google, Facebook, Trustpilot and many more that can be integrated with. In the Top Ratings Reviews dashboard, the reviews from the platforms you have accounts with are imported, remain synced and are shown on one screen without you having to log into these different accounts each time to see & reply to the reviews.

There are 3 main ways:

1. We save you time by offering one place to see and reply (with the help of AI) to reviews from across all the review platforms you integrate with. So no more logging in separately to your Google Business Profile, Tripadvisor, etc. accounts. Plus, sort and search reviews by sentiment, platform, business location, and many other convenient factors.

2. The analytics dashboard provides visual insights into the growth of your ratings and reviews over time and tracking of visits through your unique review link.

3. Our platform offers a redirect function for negative reviews, which allows you to set the rating threshold under which you would like to receive and respond to them privately. While this prevents them from appearing publicly through our platform, it does not stop people from going directly to the review platforms to post.

No, but we offer a free 30-day trial of each plan without needing to enter payment details, so you can experience the benefits of the platform for the chosen plan risk-free. Platform access will just end at the end of your trial, and resume if you start paying for a plan. You can also cancel monthly subscriptions at any time. Our lowest plan option - Get Started - is offered only as a yearly plan.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you upgrade, you'll pay a pro-rated amount for the rest of the subscription cycle and gain immediate access to the added benefits. If you downgrade, you’ll receive a credit for the rest of the subscription cycle and feature access will immediately match that of the lower plan tier.

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Upon cancelation, access to the platform will remain until the end of the subscription term. If a subscription is canceled, payment is non-refundable and will not be prorated for the balance of the remaining subscription term.
